Payment can be made through Paypal.com as a secure method of payment or personal cheque. My email address is suzymerrifield@yahoo.co.uk.

Refund or Exchange

If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please email me to discuss the problem and whether a refund or exchange is needed. I cannot accept responsibility for any 'wear and tear' that happens to the item after dispatch from the studio, however your statutory rights are not affected. Customers are responsible for postal costs of returned goods.

Postage and Packaging

All items will be carefully packaged and posted first class and proof of postage will be retained.

UK Postal Costs - first item £1.89 (add 85p per extra item). Overseas customers please email me for shipping costs.
